To say thank you to those who participate with Sony Interactive Entertainment, Sony will be doing a promotional event in beautiful Orlando Florida and the event will take place at Camping World. June 10th 2025, reason for this date is a majority of students will be out of school by June time frame which allows our product to be seen by more consumers.
There will be an online survey to fill out asking what users like about Sony and how we could improve our product. Also asking how long you’ve been using our products, your age, race, gender and what your favorite product is that we carry. Overall the survey will ask how we can improve to make your gaming experience better.
From here there
will be 100 winners selected who submit the best answers, and each of the 100
winners will receive a gift card with $200.00 to utilize on the PlayStation
Network. Winners will be notified via email that they provide. They will also
receive gifts at the event and Sony apparel, these items will equate to over
$300.00 in merchandise.
An additional 10 responses from the survey will be chosen and will receive $200.00 gift cards and all expenses paid to fly out to Orlando Florida to the Sony event. They will stay in the Bohemian Hotel in Orlando Florida, which is 15 minutes away from Camping World. They will receive Sony apparel, gifts at the event and each be on the waiting list to receive a PlayStation 6 once released in 2026.
All 100 winners will wear lanyards which will indicate that they’re winners and they will all be recognized at the event and a group picture will be taken and placed on the Sony website. At Camping World there will be tents and each tent that is set up, there will be games to win prizes as well as information about upcoming games and consoles with food and beverages from different vendors.
The campaign will last for 8 weeks, this gives us (Sony) time to market the survey on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, and of course the Sony website and PlayStation network. The website generates about 70 million monthly users, so we’ll get a lot of eyes on the survey and the marketing campaign.
The main purpose of the marketing campaign is to get eyes on the product and to also get feedback from our users, the event is a way to show thanks to our loyal users and to allow our products to be seen.

We (Sony) plan to recoup this money back in the 3rd or 4th quarter of the year with the release of new games and more people signing up for PlayStation Network and the purchase of Sony products through the marketing campaign. With the release of over 100 games there will be over 100 gaming studios (gaming developers) at the event, we have the ability to generate $5 million in sales from this event alone. As there are releases that the consumers are very excited about, from Mortal Kombat, to Call OF Duty, to another installment of Resident Evil. Along with virtual reality games and steering wheel mechanisms for racing games, this event will entail and give information on an array of products that the consumers want which will better their gaming experience. This gives us more than enough confidence that we recoup this budget relatively quick.
